Round-up Forms for Registration Night-August 18, 2011 in the Black Box Theatre (C102)
Come in the back doors by the cafeteria and follow the signs to the Drama Hallway (first hallway on your right). This is come and go-turn in forms, pay fees, visit with directors and meet your Booster Board and other Booster members.

LISD Volunteer Applications Link-This must be done online for all Boosters and anyone working with students in any capacity in LISD schools.
Class Fees are:
$10 for Theatre Arts I, II, III, IV, Technical Theatre I, II, III
$25 for Theatre Production I, II, III, IV
$25 for Technical Theatre IV
****Your student's class schedule shows what theatre class they are registered for. It will either be a Theatre Arts Class I, II, III, or IV; a Theatre Production Class I, II, III, or IV; or a Technical Theatre Class I, II, III, or IV. We will also have the class lists at the Round-Up.
Booster Reimbursement Form This form is to be used by booster parents for reimbursement of purchases requested by directors and/or booster board for production needs and other Thespian/Theatre events.
Musical Parent Packet -We will not be printing packets this year to hand out at the parent meeting. If you need a hard copy of any forms, let us know and we can provide them upon request.
Permission to Audition Form– Pre-Musical Audition Form-Please read, sign and send this with your student/s on or before the day of auditions.
