Proposed Ammendmant

The current bylaws state that an officer may not serve more than two (2) consecutive years in the same position.
 
The following is the proposed amendment to the bylaws:
 
It is hereby recommended that Article V, Section 2 of  The CPHS Theatre Boosters Constitution and Bylaws be amended to state:  "Officers may not serve more than four (4) consecutive years in the same position."
